实验室负责人简介

蔡煜东，教授，先后被上海大学聘为“自强教授”、“特聘教授”。95年访问斯坦福大学，和美国科学院院士Samuel Karlin作序列分析研究；96年于德国EMBL作博士后，师从著名生物信息学家Peer Bork。共发表SCI论文250余篇，被引用10000余次，H指数达53，有一篇被Faculty1000评为“必读论文”；11篇高被引论文（ESI）,其中1篇被评为“热点论文”（hot paper）。任 《BBA Proteins and Proteomics》(IF=2.6)等国际著名学术期刊编委。2009年被著名的“ISMB”国际会议聘为组委会委员。2016和2017年，入评英国皇家化学会“Top 1%高被引中国作者”。2019年，入选全球排名前十万名科学家榜单， 在1996～2017 的 “22 年综合榜”中，排名94664。
